MyUniform Ordering Terms

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION CAREFULLY. 

Before you complete your order, please be sure to review each item for accuracy, especially for size and color.  Once your order is processed and fulfilled it cannot be changed.  Also, please be aware that any orders that include PERSONALIZATION (name to be printed or embroidered on apparel by example) CANNOT and WILL NOT be refunded.  Be sure any information you’ve provided for all personalized orders is accurate before placing the order.

 

 

Order before your club deadline! Uniform Delivery for the Start of Your Season.

We will continue to remain proactive with our club partners throughout the year, maintaining constant contact with all club representatives as issues arise so that you remain informed at all times.  

All orders are based on product availability.  If a significant delay is anticipated for any item within your order, you will be notified in a timely manner.  In addition, any item(s) that include an embroidered logo, number, or name may require additional lead time.  All items are custom made to order and are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.  No adjustments can be made after the order has gone into process.  All orders will go into process shortly after the date it was placed.  Please review your order before placing.  

 



Sizing—Important information

A link to manufacturers’ size charts is located at the top of your player’s page.  These are general guidelines provided from the manufacturer and are not specific to each style.  Due to differences in styles and personal preference, the chart is only a guideline and should not be interpreted as 100% accurate.  Manufacturers’ products fit differently from style to style, so please choose your sizes carefully. 

Most club samples are available at Soccer Post retail stores.  If in doubt, please call to confirm that the store you visit has the samples you need.  

 

Returns/Exchanges

Customized items purchased online through MyUniform cannot be returned or exchanged.  If you need a different size, please go back into your MyUniform account and place a new order.

Socks and other items with no customization can be exchanged or returned provided they are new, unopened, and with the original manufacturer tags.

 

MyUniform is open all year long.  Keep club apparel in mind for birthday and holiday gift giving!
