Start of Your Season

For orders placed before the club deadline, our goal is to process orders on a first in/first out basis.  This may not always be possible due to different League start dates & manufacturer delays.  It is also our goal to deliver each player’s order before their first official League Game or Tournament (not including practices or friendlies).  For these reasons, we are communicating with your Club regarding your team’s start date and are planning our production schedule accordingly.

Sizing

Most club samples are available at Stefans Soccer’s retail stores.  If in doubt, please call to confirm that the store you wish to visit has the samples you need.  Please keep in mind that manufacturers’ products fit differently from style to style, so please choose your sizes carefully. Manufacturers’ size charts are available by clicking on the item, which leads to a description, and then clicking on “Size Charts” located at the bottom of that page.

SUPPLY CHAIN EFFECTS ON THE SOCCER UNIFORM INDUSTRY & YOUR CLUB

Supply Chains continue to struggle world wide.  Unfortunately, the soccer apparel and embellishment industries are no exception.  Stefans Soccer has done extensive planning for this season with all of our manufacturers and continues to monitor all situations daily.  Please know that supply chain issues will affect uniform deliveries this season, as will delays at shipping companies.  Our hope is that your uniform will not be affected in any way.  We are working hard to keep these to a minimum.  Your patience is greatly appreciated by our staff.

Returns/Exchanges

Customized items purchased online through MyUniform are non-returnable and not exchangeable.  If you need a different size, please go back into your MyUniform account and place a new order.

Socks and other items with no customization can be exchanged or returned provided they are new, unopened, and with the original manufacturer tags.

Discounts & Promo Codes

Prices on MyUniform include your club's discount. There is no need to enter a promo code. StefansSoccer.com & Stefans Soccer retail store offers and promotional codes are not valid on MyUniform orders.
